What other options are there for a CRM?
If you're currently using spreadsheets to run your CRM, then moving over to a purpose-built solution will help make your business more scalable. It is also far less risky and way more efficient.
There are loads of options for a CRM. We'd recommend taking a look at a few different ones before making a decision. It is quite a bit of effort to get a CRM set up so you don't want to rush into something that you later regret.

How much does HubSpot cost?
You can start for free! We have some clients who have only ever used the free version (and they use HubSpot quite intensively).
As HubSpot can be configured based on your requirements the price varies considerably.
You can get access to a load of tools across all the products (e.g. marketing, sales) for under £40 per month - which is a bargain!
If you want more functionality or more data the price increases depending on what you need.
As HubSpot partners, Wellmeadow can often negotiate discounts on packages compared to prices on HubSpot's website.

Yes, you can actually use HubSpot for free for ever. You only start to pay when you want to add on more functionality.

Do I need HubSpot onboarding?
In order to get the best experience from the software, HubSpot require all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions to have onboarding.
Some businesses on Starter plans use our fast track onboarding to help speed things up with the set up.

How long does onboarding last for?
The amount of time required for onboarding really depends on the scope.
For fast-track onboarding, the whole process could be over in a week (if everyone has the space in their diaries).
For more complex onboarding processes, where there is a need to design/re-design sales processes, build automations, or manage complex integrations with existing business systems, it can take 3-6months+.
