Wellmeadow was founded in 2010 by David Parry and Richard Buckle. Over the years we've worked with over 100 businesses and hundreds of business owners. Having been on the receiving end of "classic" management consultancy we wanted to do consulting differently. Our appraoch is rooted in a deep desire to see businesses (and their owners) thrive. Innovation, technology, strategic-thinking, and practical solutions are core to our organisational DNA.
Not afraid to adapt, our story involves an evolving mixture of board support, growth consultancy, and HubSpot technology. Our creativity is expressed through our content creation agency - turning our clients' expertise into visually awesome, value-added content that helps them grow their businesses.

I was sceptical around the GW helps Santa save Christmas video but it was humorous and very clever. I have had numerous compliments and only positive feedback from our customers.

David Parry
Managing Director
David is an engineering graduate with a post graduate qualification in manufacturing and a diploma in Accounting. He has been working in SME consulting since 2004, initially as Head of Consulting in an Accounting practice and now as founder of Wellmeadow Limited.
Richard Buckle
Director
Richard has been working in SME consulting since 2008 and is a Director of Wellmeadow Limited. His interests are in leadership, strategy, and digital transformation (particularly around sales and marketing). He has been actively involved in a number of start-ups and non-profit organisations.
Andy Hodnett
Creative Director
Andy is the creative lead at Wellmeadow. With over two decades of experience in the marketing agency environment, Andy is an accomplished BA Hons Graphic Designer known for his unwavering commitment to excellence. His keen eye for detail ensures that every project he tackles reaches the pinnacle of craftsmanship.
Lewis Healy
HubSpot Specialist
Lewis comes from a customer service and processes background, giving him a wide range of skills for HubSpot support. With significant experience in HubSpot systems (CRM, reporting, data migration), Lewis heads up our HubSpot onboarding and training.
Pete Johnson
Content Creator/Videographer
Pete is a video and photography expert with significant experience across multiple sectors. He plays a key role in our content creation and content leveraging work, making amazing content to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation activities.

ROLE LOCATION
Our headquarters are in Shrewsbury (which is a great place to live and work). We understand that remote working is part of the new norm and as long as you can attend two meetings in the office per week, you can choose where you spend the rest of your time to do amazing work.
